Metro Décor

Metro Décor produces genuinely beautiful work — the wall panelling and custom TV unit in my living room are stunning. But I paid a very high price beyond money: the project ran 6 weeks over schedule, site communication was erratic, and the second payment milestone was collected before the agreed trigger work was complete. I had to escalate twice via email to get responses. If you have deep pockets, flexibility on dates, and patience, the end result justifies it. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Deeply disappointed with Metro Décor. 8-week delay with minimal explanation. The project manager changed twice mid-project without any handover briefing, so we had to re-explain everything from scratch. Some carpentry joints are visibly uneven on close inspection. When I raised this post-handover, I was told to send photos and then heard nothing for 3 weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. The finish on the kitchen is good but everything else felt like an afterthought.
