Trust & Verification
Every review is evidence-backed
LivZio does not publish anonymous reviews. Every submission requires ID verification, apartment proof, and at minimum one supporting document — a maintenance bill, vendor invoice, or photo evidence. Our moderation team reviews each submission before it goes live.
Vendors cannot pay to remove or suppress reviews. If a vendor disputes a review, the claim is investigated and both sides are heard — but verified negative reviews stay visible.
